About Kevin

Kevin Joyce is a presenter, communications trainer, emcee, music and theater performer, auctioneer, and Co-Principal of EnJoy Productions with his creative partner of 40 years, Martha Enson. Over 35 years, Kevin has become a designer and facilitator of conversations that move groups from fragmentation to coherence. He has led gatherings and strategic conversations at the United Nations in New York, facilitated sessions during the World Health Assembly in Geneva, designed leadership retreats for UW Medicine, and delivered communication trainings for the U.S. Navy, Amazon, and teams in healthcare, education, community leadership, and advanced technology. Kevin holds a Masters in Organizational Leadership from Pinchot University, and a BA in Comparative Religion and Spanish from Bowdoin College.

His work is grounded in Systems Thinking, the science of human behavior under stress, and the innate intelligence that emerges when people connect deeply, in person.

Kevin’s newest body of work, Non-Artificial Intelligence: Human Flourishing in an AI-Driven World, reflects a natural evolution of that same mission. Non-AI is both a caution and a call forward: to strengthen those human capacities that make ethics, creativity, and wise engagement with technology possible—presence, empathy, intuition, imagination, critical thinking, and the ability to make meaning together. This framework is delivered not through theory alone, but through designed experience: workshops, keynotes, and immersive activations that blend neuroscience insights on stress and cognition, organizational psychology, teamwork, moral discernment, movement, and improvisation, all punctuated with humor and deep engagement.

As EnJoy Productions, Kevin and Martha have produced and hosted more than 500 fundraising galas for over 200 nonprofits, and worked across 30+ U.S. states, Canada, Mexico, and Europe, created custom entertainment and trainings for more than 100 organizations. They’ve designed festivals, flash mobs, and interactive civic theater for communities seeking joy, agency, and cultural repair. EnJoy’s work reflects their commitment to create work that matters, led by a shared commitment to quality and care. Kevin and Martha live on 5 wooded acres on Vashon Island, Washington.

This isn’t just a business—it’s a reflection of what we believe in. We’re here to create work that matters, led by a shared commitment to quality and care.
